Mr. McSwigan has over 14 years of experience in Chapter 11 claims administration, including the development and implementation of bankruptcy systems and procedures. As part of Wells Fargo Trumbull’s consulting team, Mr. McSwigan has played and continues to play a leading role in many highly visible bankruptcy cases such as Eagle Picher Holdings, Inc., Budget Group, Inc., and Pegasus Satellite Television, Inc., as well as managing large asbestos cases such as Halliburton’s Mid-Valley, Inc., Pfizer’s Quigley Company, Inc. and Asarco, LLC.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Trumbull, Mr. McSwigan was a principal in the firm W.R. Gruber & Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in bankruptcy administration services including schedule preparation, claims docketing and reconciliation, balloting, and distribution management. Mr. McSwigan’s experience and participation was invaluable in developing Bankruptcy Claims Management Software (BCMS), the the client-server based claims management and decision support software currently utilized used by Wells Fargo Trumbull.
