Ms. Dinsmore currently manages a case administration team as well as continues to oversee Wells Fargo Trumbull’s Claim Center, which includes Call Center services, the Document Preparation Center and Claims Management processes.
Included in the overall management of the Claim Center, Ms. Dinsmore is involved in optimizing automated workflow and quality controls, identifying and implementing new technology, facilitating application enhancements to further improve and automate business solutions, general project management and oversight of activities focused on maximizing client services. Ms. Dinsmore brings over 16 years of professional business experience to her position and continually works on streamlining systems and day-to-day operations to further deliver Wells Fargo Trumbull’s high quality of service.
