Ms. Adams manages Wells Fargo's Case Administration operational functions and staff. In this capacity, she is responsible for the oversight of operations with a focus on operational procedures, training, automation and providing superior customer service, which makes Ms. Adams a true asset to Wells Fargo and our clients.
Ms. Adams brings over 17 years of business and operational experience to her role. During her career with Wells Fargo, she has overseen many aspects of the business including, new business development and marketing efforts. At Wells Fargo, she utilizes her broad experience to ensure we provide the distinguished quality results our clients have come to know and expect. She is currently a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and sits on the Board of Directors for the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (Connecticut Network).
