All claims and supporting documents are scanned and linked to BCMS. Trumbull’s imaging solution yields quick access, offers immediate cost/benefit justification (i.e. eliminates photocopying & shipping charges), increases productivity thereby reducing costs, renders superior document management support and provides access to all documents without impacting office space. In addition, imaging affords our clients the flexibility to have images mailed to them electronically, saved to a CD-ROM, or loaded to the client’s network allowing for multiple access points.

Trumbull utilizes high performance production Fujitsu scanners. Scanning throughput in portrait mode is 50 letter-size pages per minute in simplex mode and 90 images per minute in duplex mode. Automation document feeders with 100-sheet capacity allow continuous unattended scanning. The scanner supports small and large documents and paper that ranges in thickness from onionskin to card stock.

Trumbull also possesses Cardiff TELEform® Information Capture system, which is used to replace manual data entry with the automated processing of forms and documents. TELEform converts paper into online information for database, XML and content management systems, and allows you to apply business rules to clean and verify incoming information. TELEform can be also be used to automate the processing of Internet and email forms. We can assist you with developing a standardized multi-page form that will virtually eliminate data entry thereby increasing accuracy.
